Nice rooms, tasteful pub/ restaurant, attentive staff

The staff was obliging and charming and we will choose it for sure next trip. Overall it was a fantastic stay for a business trip. Impressive double room and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We had coffee/tea makers, fridges and glassware. The location of the hotel was magnificent, by the river.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly welcoming. I stayed in a well-appointed and reasonably priced room with an iron, excellent coffee, and a hair dryer.

I had a good stay at The Arrow Mill. The luxurious King Room offered a fine design that I thoroughly appreciated. Breakfast featured an abundance of tasty options. Slow service at dinner slightly marred the experience. Overall a nice getaway.

The food during dinner was exquisite, each dish well-presented and delectable. Breakfast was generous with options, including good chocolate croissants. The service had noticeable delays. Ordering drinks took longer than expected, which became frustrating at times. I noticed the air conditioning setup in the room wasn't ideal, causing the space to be quite humid. While the decor and general atmosphere were great, the slow service during peak dining times left something to be desired. It was an enjoyable experience but could benefit from sharper staff efficiency.

The junior suite was comfortable, with a Nespresso coffee maker and a beautifully appointed bathroom with twin sinks and a large walk-in shower. Breakfast was generous, offering options such as scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, and the overall ambiance was good for a work stay.

Perfect spot for a couple's getaway

Honestly a lovely spot! The little touches like having USB ports by the bed made life easier. And the bathtub was so inviting. I mean, who doesn't want to sink into one after a long day, right?

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it felt worth it all in the end.

The room had a huge roll-top bath, a powerful shower, and dual sinks which was a nice touch. The staff was super friendly and even had the Dyson fan cooling the room when we arrived. Breakfast offered freshly cooked items alongside cereals and pastries. The setting by the river is beautiful.

The hotel has a wow factor as you approach, with a perfect blend of old and new designs. The king room was beautifully decorated, and the staff's attention to detail was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the amazing dinner. Couldn't ask for more!

Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway

Spent a night here with friends and it was fab! The garden's fine, even if we couldn't sit outside with the furniture being cleaned. Our room had a nice outdoor space, just needs a little love. Dining area was huge, we enjoyed the views over the water while munching on some delicious food. Only wished the bedroom wasn't so stuffy.

Lovely grounds and great staff, but the food took too long to arrive.

We had an amazing time enjoying the beautiful decor, the cozy atmosphere, and the scrumptious roast dinner. I'm definitely returning soon!
